Directions and Parking Information

On Friday February 22, 2008 the workshop will be held at the Houston Center in Texas A&M's research park. The Houston Center is on the southwest corner of University Avenue and Discovery Drive. A map is available here. Visitors can park in any of the parking spots at the Houston center including all spots marked "reserved" except for spots marked "Delsite".

On Saturday February 23, 2008 the workshop will be held at the HR Bright building on Texas A&M's main campus. Normal weekend Texas A&M parking rules apply.

Internet Access

There will be TAMU wireless access available at the Houston Center on Friday and at the HR Bright Building on Saturday. At the Houston Center, tamu-wpa access will be available. At Bright, tamu-link will be available. For non-TAMU attendees, we will have a limited number of guest accounts, please contact the workshop registration desk for more information.

Information for Poster Presenters

The poster session will be held immediately following the last technical session on Friday. It will be in the lobby of the Houston Center. We will have easels and some foam boards available. Poster presenters will be able to set up their posters immediately following the afternoon break. (We may be able to set up the posters earlier in the day - if so, this will be announced at one of the plenary sessions.)

Poster presenters are also encouraged to set up their posters on Saturday morning in the Bright building. We will also have the easels and foam boards available in the hallways and open areas outside the seminar rooms.
